Greets and checks in guests in a professional manner Assists guests/ residents with questions and / or concerns Answers phone calls Maintains & responsible for cash drawer Collects weekly/monthly payments from guest/residents Various other duties as assigned Skills/
Qualifications:
MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN Resume required Professional work ethic and good attendance Excellent communication, written and verbal skills (bilingual) Multitasking and problem solving Positive attitude, an overall team player Demonstrated experience with customer service required Prior experience in a customer / front desk environment desired Strong attention to detail and highly organized High School diploma, GED or higher degree required At least 3 to 4 years experience application, resume and ID required for all submissions Thank you for your interest in our company we look forward to meet you!
