National Indoor RV Centers, the leading full-service RV company, is on the hunt for a passionate and detail-oriented Service Scheduling Manager to help us revolutionize the way we serve our customers! As our Scheduling Manager, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to build an entire department that will include a scheduling team of Scheduling Advisors, estimators and schedulers.
Your mission? To ensure seamless service experience to our customers overseeing appointment scheduling, estimating and delivering top-notch customer experiences every time.
Here's what you'll be up to:
Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in developing processes, policies, and procedures for our scheduling department.
Manage a dream team of Scheduling Advisors, Estimators, and Schedulers, ensuring the smooth flow of appointments.
Keep our service calendar in tip-top shape, balancing workload and maximizing shop utilization.
Act as the go-to problem-solver for any escalations, both internal and external.
Collaborate closely with other departments to meet time-sensitive customer needs.
Keep a close eye on operational delays and make adjustments as needed to keep our schedules humming along.
Provide stellar leadership by hiring, onboarding, and training our scheduling superstars.
Set goals, develop action plans, and ensure everyone's on track to success.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center or RV advisory role (Automotive/RV knowledge is a plus!) 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience is a must-have.
Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Proven experience in scheduling or call center management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
