Salary:

years' project management experience with mid-to-large commercial projects; collaborate and interact well with team members, vendors and sub-contractors, and are talented at developing new and growing existing client relationships, we invite you to apply.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Interpret related project plans and specificationsGenerate and manage RFIs/change ordersCreate and review job budgetsProduce detailed bills of materials for submittals and project buyoutCreate and adjust project schedules throughout constructionConduct job walks with contractors and ownersPerform monthly projections in terms of fee expectationsPrepare project closeout documentationExperience Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEnjoy working in a team environment and strive for overall successBachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant electrical project management experience3 or more years' electrical project management with large commercial projectsKnowledge of blueprints, specifications, codes and regulationsExcellent communication and time management skillsComputer skills with exposure to MS OfficeInterested in hearing more?
