We are seeking a friendly front desk receptionist/medical assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (must have weekend availability).
Excellent customer service and communication/phone skills a must! Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent at minimum Punctual and reliable Customer service and/or secretarial experience required Optical or optometric experience a BIG plus Must be available to work weekends Must have great phone skills and have ability to multi-task Tasks Include:
Answering and returning phone calls Scheduling patient appointments Verifying vision and health insurance and collecting co-pays Performing secretarial tasks and assisting at front desk Preparing exam rooms and patients for examination Collecting basic medical information and performing preliminary testing Willing to train suitable and motivated candidate!
