1 5 hours ago Full Job Description About this opportunity We are now looking for a Warehouse Operator to be the first line of support for warehouse operations at our Smart Factory.
Crucial aspects of the role include working within multiple softwares for warehouse material receipt, material preparation, and shipping of finished goods.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment, who learns quickly, enjoys working within a team, and possesses outstanding problem-solving skills.
This individual must have knowledge working with a warehouse management system, work well under pressure, possess a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and be able to work autonomously with little to no supervision and/or mistakes.
Cross training may be required in some or all the following areas:
receiving, packaging, put-away, picking, Kanban fulfillment, assembly kitting, transportation, and service shipping.
What you will do Maintain and observe 5S program to ensure all working areas are clean and support lean manufacturing goals.
Have accountability for issuing of tasks associated with ordering or warehouse management of products and packages in SAP system.
Use RF Scanners, computers, tablets, and smart phones for material handling and day to day warehouse operational activities.
Actively cross-train in multiple areas including shipping, receiving, material preparation, & inventory management as required.
Assist with operational, administrative and production management tasks related to receiving, internal movement, storing, picking, and packing/repair.
Other duties may be assigned to support warehouse operations.
What you will bring Ideal Qualifications Forklift certification Knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Previous experience in an automated warehouse environment Strong mathematics skills Essential Qualifications Previous experience using at least one of the following for material handling and day-to-day warehouse operational activities:
RF Scanners, computers, tablets, smart phones.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience High school diploma or GED Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push, and pull for 10-12 hours, in addition to lifting up to 30 lbs Excellent communication skills , flexibility, and willingness to contribute Phenomenal attitude and work ethic, with a high level of accountability and integrity Proactive dedication to providing high-quality work Availability to work any of the following shifts, to be determined at time of hire:
