50 to start We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Client's team.
As a part of the customer service team, you will be taking inbound calls, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participating in initial in-office training for approximately 2-3 months to gain a solid understanding of our services and standards.
Transitioning to remote work following the initial training period, with company-provided equipment.
Working Hours:
Training Period:
2 weeks, Monday - Friday Post Training:
10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, and Saturday 9am - 5pm (with one weekday off and Sundays off) Compensation:
Starting pay is 13.
50 per hour.
After approximately 90 days, pay will increase to 15/hr or 16/hr if bilingual.
