In this role, your main mission will be to research and very quickly resolve problems with returns.
You will create Excel reports using Formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables to organize, track, and analyze data.
Reporting to a Supervisor, you will typically work Monday - Friday, 8:
00 am - 4:
30 pm.
Description:
Liaise with the Inbound department and our external customer to improve processes for handling faulty units Provide solutions to the inbound team on how to receive items Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving inventory management Ensure all defective products are accounted for and handled properly Maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection Create reports using Excel and PowerPoint; present to internal and external company partners Partner with the Inbound department and our external customer to improve processes for handling faulty units Requirements:
High school diploma or GED 3
years of inbound experience and processing returns within a warehouse environment Well-spoken; can partner with Receivers, Clerks, and our external customer through conversations and well-written emails Can perform complex functions in Excel including VLOOKUP, Formulas, and PivotTables Good Reasons to Join Kuehne There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
