As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our car accident clients, helping them through the process, and ensuring their experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for car accident clients and ensure an efficient and organized appointment system.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Handle phone calls and take detailed messages for our team members.
- Follow up with clients to provide updates on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Generate customer reviews and feedback to enhance our reputation and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Empathy and compassion to provide emotional support to clients who may be dealing with the stress of a car accident.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documentation.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software for scheduling and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
Monday - Friday with Rotating saturdays OFF SUNDAYS!! Passionate, considerate being that they are on the phone with people that just got in a wreck Job Type:
