Distribution Center/Warehouse Maintenance Technician Reports To:
Distribution Center Supervisor SHIFT:
M-F 7am-3:
30pm PAY:
Starts at $25.
01/hour $1250 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!
Essential Functions:
Watering forklift batteries Lubricating the basiloids Painting and maintaining safety lines throughout the warehouse General maintenance and repair in the facility Switching out forklift attachments when needed Repairing barcode ceiling labels Ensuring chains and equipment for docks are functioning properly Completing routine functionality checks for dock plates Swapping out dock lock lights when required Performing preventative maintenance on dock locks and shelters Supporting and coordinating maintenance contractors as needed Repair facility doors Move furniture as needed Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
High school diploma/GED preferred Basic math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills At least 2 years of warehouse maintenance experience required At least 1 year of forklift experience required Preferred forklift certification per OSHA standards Ability to follow direction Work Environment Non-climate controlled facility Non-climate controlled inside trailers May work outside Physical Demands Sitting, standing, walking, bending for extended periods Occasionally lifting 50lbs Pulling and/or pushing Rheem is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type:
