Our Project Managers are responsible for providing overall management direction to multiple commercial construction projects.
They should be able to uphold our mission to Deliver Excellent Solutions to our Customers,Some of the primary areas of responsibility include:
Customer Development Estimating Pre-Construction Planning Reviewing of Owner Contracts Job Scheduling Budget Development Track and Control Cost to Completes Purchase Order Management Submittal Management Material Ordering Writing Subcontracts Verifying Sub Insurance Writing and/or approving Change Orders for both the Subs and Owners Approval of Sub Draw and Submittal of Owner Draws Visiting Sites to ensure Organization, Safety Inspections & Training Managing the Performance of the Superintendent, as well as Subcontractor relations Ensuring the project is turned over to the Owner, Closed Out and any Warranty Management continues to be monitored.
Requirements:
Prefer Bachelor Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field5-10 years experience in Project ManagementExcellent Computer SkillsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks is requiredExcellent organizational skillsAbility to sustain an environment of Integrity , Trust and RespectAdditional Info:
Position is based in our Lewisville, Texas support office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
