Responsibilities Position
Summary:
The Programmer III will design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify computer systems, programs, and integrations.
The Programmer III will also develop and maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
The Programmer III will design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify computer systems, programs, and integrations.

Gathers requirements/specifications for business computer applications based on analysis of complex business processes and interaction with business users at all levels of the organization.
Prepares, plans, and designs for the development of business systems, including estimates of time and resources which are necessary to complete required tasks, and identification of milestones.
Tracks and communicates status/progress of ongoing projects to managers, team members and other appropriate personnel.
Works with QA, database, technical and operational analysts at the appropriate stages of planning, design, and development to ensure successful testing, training, and deployment.
Establishes and maintains a methodology and repository for reusable object definition, storage, and retrieval.
Adheres to company standards of performance.
Inspires and motivates team members to set high standards of excellence and commitment to a common goal.
Performance of high-level data analysis; Identifies anomalies in system performance investigates and repairs project and system level issues causing data errors to support high data integrity.
Works with stakeholders, project management and business analysts to lead, create and or review project and system level technical and user documentation.
Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
