Summer 2022 _________________________________________________________________________ Primary Purpose:
Provide excellent customer service by providing monitoring capabilities and an answering point for safety and security matters across Lewisville ISD.
This position works Monday through Thursday.
Hours will be provided by Security Operations Center Manager.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills:
Database and spreadsheet applications development Enhanced knowledge of common software programs such as MS Office Knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting IP surveillance cameras Strong communications skills Integrity to manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Support and monitor 5,300
surveillance cameras Support and monitor the video management system Support and monitor the access control system Monitor communications on LISD and public safety radio systems Assist with maintaining physical and computerized files and documentation records Maintain good communication skills to support principals, assistant principals, law enforcement partners and other LISD personnel Assist in making video files as directed Follow procedures in response to varying incidents that could occur across LISD Maintain a log of all alarms, incidents and notifications received during the shift Ensure the administration building perimeter is secured and monitored Call 911 for emergency assistance if necessary Report serious guideline violations to the supervisor Professional Duties and Obligations:
