Position Summary: This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an industry leader. We are actively seeking to add an experienced and well networked Senior Business Development Manager to our National Sales Team.
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new clients while assuring that revenue and strategic targets are achieved. Identify and develop sales leads through various sources (business/industry contacts, trade shows, etc.). Establish customer relationships and provide primary customer contact. Partner with clients to asses strategic direction in order to offer effective POP Displays solutions that fit clients strategic objectives. This position requires overnight travel.
Positions Qualifications: In addition to broad experience within the Merchandising Displays industry, the ideal candidate MUST have extensive established relationships. Particular knowledge and experience delivering merchandising solutions manufactured from a combination of the following materials: wire, sheet metal, steel tubing and flat panel wood. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills with great attention to details. Have the ability to work and communicate at all levels within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling on established relationships
Develop new business leads and follow-up on internally generated leads
Maintain a market presence by participating in industry specific events
Work with internal resources including Design, Estimating, Project Management, Production and Logistics to initiate and complete projects
Prepare and deliver quotes and presentations
Assist in formulating overall long-range objectives and plans for business development
Develop and monitor sales and marketing budgets; control costs
5 to 10 years experience in sales and marketing positions
4-year degree highly preferable
Demonstrate negotiation and problem resolution skills
Excellent communications skills; ability to present to small and large groups; excellent writing skills
Excellent computer skills; working knowledge of MS Suite
Excellent time management skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
