Our client is currently seeking a Applications Developer SAS.
Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements.
Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.
This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.
Responsibilities:
o Able to comprehend both mortgage servicing/operational requests and create an efficient delivery process for clients (both senior management & external)o Ability to use advanced analytical methods and tools to validate the results for accuracyo Able to properly document (functional & technical) source to target mappings, process flows, and business requirements.
Solid facilitation skills to gather the necessary information to document and/or develop a plan - strategic/tacticalo Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are criticalo Previous programming experience on Oracle and/or MS SQL Server is required - or related technologies that encapsulate SQLo Serve as a process expert for a defined functional area, which includes:

Managing key data sources & inputs 2.
Planning and ensuring implementation of end state automation activities3.
Providing guidance on the design, development, and implementation of automated processes
Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related areao 3

) years of Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Project Management Experienceo 2

Sr.
) years of Mortgage/Banking/finance analytical support experience preferred, but not mandatoryo Solid understanding of the development (SDLC) or project life cycle, which includes all phases from discovery/analysis through implementationo Strong background in SQL, SAS, and/or Oracle environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
