HOSPICE ON CALL - RN

Job Requirements:
Current license as a Registered Nurse.
MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in a hospice setting.
Hospice Certified preferred.
Excellent decision making skills, and communication skills.
Requires walking, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 40 pounds
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled professional care to patient and family members after hours week nights and weekends.
Prioritize calls
Work closely with DON and IDT members to ensure proper follow up care from previous night.
Timely documentation
Will provide direct patient careEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
