ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform and participate in design and code reviews Take ownership of initial code quality including unit testing Provide technical support to internal customers Be responsible for the health and maintainability of our codebase Monitor and maintain/enhance the ongoing performance of systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter with a strong initiative Provide technical mentoring to other team members
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
o Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
o 7
years of experience in designing and developing FileNet applications and related middle tier services
o Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming (OOD, OOP).
o Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills demonstrated ability to work in a team Environment
o Prior experience with BPM software;
o Experience with IBM FileNet P8 4.0 or higher or other equivalent enterprise class workflow systems is a plus
o Experience with IBM Case Manager is a plus.
o Software development experience (i.e. JAVA, .NET) and understanding of full SDLC
o Experience deploying and working with solutions on J2EE server platforms (i.e. WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss), Preferrably Websphere.
o Prior experience with relational databases (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle)
o Experience with both Windows Server and Linux
o Prior experience with Subversion is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
