Ford brought back the Thunderbird in 2002 as a retro version of the 55 Baby Bird.
They produced them through 2005.
This bird flies off the line.

9-liter, double-overhead-cam V-8 sports 252 horsepower and strong acceleration.
A five-speed automatic is the only transmission available.
While it's smooth most of the time, there is some hesitation before downshifting for more power.
That's typical of Ford transmissions.
This example has 64,654 miles on the odometer.
The car fax is clean, but the car has had 6 owners.
The current owner purchased it last year and had any mechanical issues taken care of as soon as he purchased it.
